🌿 30-Day Consistency Challenge❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Day 10 | Spiritual Authority, Guarding Your Mind & Feeding Your Faith
Today, the Lord is speaking to us, and He is strengthening us. As we’ve been staying consistent in prayer, in the Word, and in obedience, God has been sharpening our spiritual awareness. Yesterday, we focused on Colossians Chapter 3 — setting our minds on things above. Today, God is teaching us how to win the battle in our minds. Because many of our battles are not external. They are internal. They happen in our thoughts. The Word of God says: “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds.” 2 Corinthians 10:4 “Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.” 2 Corinthians 10:5 Today, we are learning how to take authority. Every negative thought — we take it captive. Every fearful thought — we take it captive. Every discouraging thought — we take it captive. Every hopeless thought — we take it captive. Every anxious thought — we take it captive. Every lie of the enemy — we take it captive. And we cast it down in the name of Jesus. We replace lies with truth. We replace fear with faith. We replace doubt with confidence in God. God has given us authority. But authority only works when we use it. We must guard our hearts. We must guard our minds. We must protect our peace. We must be intentional about what we allow in our spirit. Not everything deserves access to you. As I was praying, the Lord impressed this on my heart: It’s not enough to remove negative thoughts. You must replace them with faith. You don’t just empty your mind. You refill it with truth. That’s how freedom stays. So as we continue through this consistency challenge, I want to encourage you: In addition to the three areas you committed to, add this daily habit: 👉🏽 Feed your faith for at least 30 minutes every day. That means: Listening to a faith-filled message A sermon A devotional A prayer A worship message Something that builds your spirit
