✨ You are not “too much.” You’ve just been carrying too much alone. ✨
The strong woman. The praying woman. The woman everyone depends on. The woman who keeps showing up even while silently fighting battles nobody sees. People admire your strength… But few people ask if you’re okay. So you smile. You encourage everyone else. You pour into others. You keep building, working, serving, and surviving. Meanwhile, you’re exhausted. And here’s the truth: God never called you to live constantly overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and disconnected from yourself. Healing is not weakness. Rest is not laziness. Asking for help is not failure. Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is admit: “I need God to carry this with me.” This season is not about proving your worth through struggle. It’s about healing, growing, and allowing God to rebuild the parts of you that life tried to wear down. 💜 You do not have to earn love. 💜 You do not have to hustle for acceptance. 💜 You do not have to carry everyone else while neglecting yourself. The woman God created you to be still exists underneath the pressure, burnout, disappointment, and survival mode. And she’s rising again. ✨ If this spoke to you, comment: “I’m healing and rising.” 💜

💞Have you ever smiled in front of everyone while secretly feeling lost, tired, and unsure of your purpose?
💞Sis… can we have a real moment? There was a season where I kept showing up for others while silently asking God, “Lord, what about me?” But little by little, God began healing my heart, rebuilding my confidence, and reminding me that I was never forgotten. 💖 Have you ever smiled, encouraged everyone else, showed up strong… while secretly feeling tired, overwhelmed, or unsure inside? So many women in this community are carrying silent battles while still trying to pour into others. But one thing I’ve learned is this: God does some of His deepest healing in the quiet places. 🙏 Little by little, He restores confidence.Little by little, He heals the heart.Little by little, He reminds us we are not forgotten. 💕 📖 “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3 You are not behind. You are becoming. 🌸 And that’s why communities like this exist and we are here! 🙏 💖 💞 What is one thing God has been healing or restoring in you during this season?

🌅 Good Afternoon, Sisters — A Word for Today
As I was praying this morning, I began to release something heavy… “Lord, I release the weight of expectation.” And I felt that deeply — because many of us have been carrying things that were never assigned to us. The pressure to show up a certain way. The burden of what people expect from you. The quiet weight of past pain, trauma, and disappointment. But today is an invitation… not to strive — but to release. 📖 “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7📖 “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28 You don’t have to carry it anymore. ✨ Reflection for today: What are you holding onto that God never asked you to carry? Because there is a place for you…Not in the noise. Not in the pressure. But in the secret place. 📖 “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” — Psalm 91:1 🤍 Today’s Action Step: Take 10–15 minutes today. Step away. Be still. Go into your secret place — whether that’s your room, your car, or a quiet moment. Talk to God honestly. Release it all. 🔥 Declaration: I release every burden that is not mine to carry. I release the weight of expectation. I choose peace over pressure. I choose rest over striving. I am covered, carried, and called by God. You are not behind. You are not forgotten. You are being strengthened in this very moment. Let today be BETTER💝.
