Morning Routine
What's your morning routine? And is it good to have a morning routine? I get up and the first thing I do is put my feet firmly on the floor. It gives me a feeling of being reborn. Then I go to the kitchen and drink a glass of water. Then I relax and meditate for 20 minutes. I go back to my room and do some planks and roll-ups and take care of my hygiene. Then I leave the house for my office. I don't eat breakfast because I do intermittent fasting. What's your routine?

I wake up without an alarm. I stretch slowly in bed, following the movements of a baby (I watched a video about it sometimes ago, that it wakes up our nervous system and body in the most natural way). I drink water as soon as I sit in my bed (I have a glass at my bedside table). I get up and go brush my teeth - I can’t do anything with the night taste in my mouth. I put my coffee on, then do one hour uninterrupted work on my computer. After that I take my two dogs out while listening to a podcast or a meditation. During the day I walk between 5,000-20,000 steps. When I’m back, I might do a 20-min Soma breathing or taichi. And then I get to my business (client calls or creative/administrative work), or do some house work - I work from home. I eat after 2pm, my last meal the previous night is usually by 9pm the latest.
Reflexion
This start to the year has been challenging. Between health problems, a car accident, the disruptive situation with the Iranian war affecting an export company like mine, and on the other hand, an artistic side, poetry and painting that seems to always be calling to me. It's a year of transition, towards a fuller life, and above all, with less but more value. There moments when we have to rethink what we're doing? To be stuck its not an option.😊

Do you take any kind of supplement? If so, what kind of supplement is it? And what is its technical basis? Did you buy it on your own initiative or was it recommended by a healthcare professional? Because there's a lot of junk out there.
