Ashwagandha - Stress and Anxiety
Do you suffer from stress and anxiety? A recent meta-analysis published in 2022 reports that a daily dose of Ashwagandha 300-600 mg may help control anxiety and stress. Have you ever tried this plant? Would you like to know more about it?

Supplementation
Do you take any kind of supplementation daily? Being myself a pharmacist and dentist with post-graduation on Pharmacoedpidemiology there is so much rubbish in all markets around the world. I also dont advocate the need to take ten or more food supplements per day. I only take Omega 3 1000 mg daily, because i dont like very much fish and because DHA is fundamental from brain, and Ashwatisav which is product i develop for mental health well being. And sometimes Vitamin D3. And its enough unless you have some kind of specififc disease that a supplementation can help. Any thoughts?

Do you take any kind of supplement? If so, what kind of supplement is it? And what is its technical basis? Did you buy it on your own initiative or was it recommended by a healthcare professional? Because there's a lot of junk out there.
Reflexion
This start to the year has been challenging. Between health problems, a car accident, the disruptive situation with the Iranian war affecting an export company like mine, and on the other hand, an artistic side, poetry and painting that seems to always be calling to me. It's a year of transition, towards a fuller life, and above all, with less but more value. There moments when we have to rethink what we're doing? To be stuck its not an option.😊
