There's been a lot of discussion lately about whether it's better to offer a 7-day free trial or a Freemium community. Today, Skool may have tipped the scales a little. When someone clicks Join Group on a Freemium community, they now see your paid membership tiers before joining the free community. I think that's a meaningful improvement. Instead of discovering your paid options later, visitors immediately know there's a path to upgrade. For creators using Freemium, that's one more opportunity to communicate the value of becoming a paid member. Will it outperform a 7-day trial? Time will tell. But it's nice to see Skool continuing to invest in the Freemium experience.
