Anything: training, nutrition, sleep, motivation, how to start, what's not working. No question too basic. I'll reply to every one before Friday. Sometimes the "issues" we see around health and fitness aren't issues at all. They just need a different perspective, so the more questions we ask the better our understanding of what is necessary, will become. My regular morning walk went smoother today, as well. No animal rescue required 😁

Morning @Mk Duma so I recently started an office job, my only training time is 5am So trying to get weights and cardio in I’m doing upper body +20min cardio Lower body +20min cardio Cardio 45min and repeat Can’t seem to get my step count above 5k Because I’m working a second job. Is this sufficient as or any suggestions how I can increase my output?
