Day 28: Integrating my Vision
👉🏽My 90 day Vision: Strengthened systems and structures to reinforce and support my new identity. Daily focus on strengthening and solidifying my mindset and new identity. My vision for the next 90 days is, Health: Stronger, leaner and in the best shape of my life to raise my goals.Mental clarity and reduce stress levels. Career: Improve my skills and build my team to become a team of excellence. Become a certified NLP Life coach. Finances: Create strong a strong positive emergency fund with at 2 months of net income. Remove wasteful expenditure and become a better steward of my finances. Relationships: Open communication in my marriage, filled with compassion, love, joy. Deeper connections with my people. More meaningful interactions. Personal growth: Be more organised and structured in my daily life. Continue to create an environment that helps me maintain a strong positive abundance mindset. 👉🏽My Top Priorities: Health: Body is stronger and healthier than ever to focus on and realise my vision Career: Improving my skills of the trade so I am the best I can be. Finances: Be a good steward of money by removing wasteful expenditure Relationships: I have more meaningful interactions with those closest to me Personal Growth: I AM becoming a Certified NLP Life Coach that has real impact on people’s lives My Daily Actions: Success is built on every decision I make and intentional action I take consistently, everyday… Train and exercise my body Learn and read to sharpen my skills Review and track my finances Check in with family and friends Work towards my NLP Life coaching certification 👉🏽When I’ll Do Them: Health - I will do this in the morning before work Career - I will do this in the evening after spending time with the family Finances - I will do this in the middle of the work. Relationships - I will check in with the family after the work day Personal Growth: I will do this in the morning before training. 👉🏽My Commitment: I commit to be consistent in my actions everyday. I AM aware of my self talk and old patterns of distraction and overthinking. I build systems and structure as tools to help me execute the actions that drive me towards my goals. I reflect daily on where I am, what worked and what didn’t. I AM in control of my thoughts and emotions.
