Anyone who is a part of Steady State's 2025 Open Enrollment is welcome to join the live call (see calendar for link). Come with any questions regarding running, injuries, strength training, etc! I'll be leading this month's call, and my default (after questions) will be to talk you through the Find Your Steady State app that I've been developing throughout 2024. Our goal for the app is to transition sending all of our clients their programs through the app, to help you all learn what training/recovery info is the most helpful while having optional accountability through the built-in training calendar. This will be an exciting transition for us over the next few months! These calls will be recorded and the links will be added here under the 'Classroom' tab.
