What matters more to you: testosterone or keeping your hair?
This is the part I want to hear from the community on. A lot of guys want higher testosterone, better performance, better energy, all of it. But once hair loss enters the conversation, priorities change fast. So I’m curious where everyone here stands. Would you rather keep testosterone more conservative to protect your hair, or optimize testosterone and deal with the hair side separately? And if you’ve actually dealt with this yourself, share what you noticed.

@Matt F knowing your physiology. Get labs done and it’s Not just about DHT. Look at blood flow how is your heart? Blood pressure, blood flow, CAC score. You Clog up the plumbing and you shut down oxygen and nutrients to flow through the body it’s a bad thing. Are your hands and feet cold? That’s a good start. I laugh at people who only focus on DHT. How are your micronutrients score, Vit D levels, Etc. Also I’m 51 and have a total Testosterone of 787 and not on TRT. Definitely not against it but how this is done is taking the right supplements, eat right and definitely take foods like organ meats. I take capsules with desiccated organs this has been a game changer. Collagen, creatine, Zinc, magnesium, coca, and much more help strengthen the body as a whole. Get rid of all the toxins that cause inflammation like heavy metals, parasites, microplastics. This will return your body to its youth. It’s easy I have done it and have helped others. Wash your hair with egg yolks, no chemical shampoo at all and use oils like castor oil, almond oil, frankincense etc. much much more. This is just a quick response. I will tell you this nothing that big Pharma and medicine tells you about hair loss and testosterone is true they all lie and want your $

@Jacob Heyboer agreed. I was able to replace those products with Micro needling, topical GHK-CU, RU58841. We all have our own journey in life.
Does your blood pressure really matter as much as people think?
Most people panic the second they see a number over 120/80. But what if the real question isn't how high it goes... but how long it stays there? In this video, Connor Murphy, Androgenic, and I measure our blood pressure while talking about caffeine, stress, hydration, recovery, heart rate, and why your readings can change dramatically throughout the day. We also discuss: • Why coffee affects some people much more than others • The "white coat effect" at the doctor's office • Why hydration can make your blood pressure crash • Whether temporary spikes are as concerning as chronic high blood pressure I'd love to hear your experience. What's the highest blood pressure reading you've ever had, and what do you think caused it? Watch the full discussion here: https://youtu.be/-Y218K4A03Q

Try Nattokinase this can replace meds. It’s natural and has proven studies. I take 10-20,0000 ius daily with cocoa powder worked for me. No side effects either.
Is Your Vitamin D Level Secretly Destroying Your Gains?
Most people think Vitamin D is just for bone health. What if I told you it might be one of the most important hormones for muscle growth, recovery, fat loss, immune function, and overall health? In this video, I break down why my Vitamin D level sits at 63 ng/dL, why some doctors recommend 20-30 while many biohackers target 40-80, and why two people can take the exact same dose and end up with completely different blood levels. One client was taking the same dose I take and ended up around 200 ng/dL. That's the problem with copy-pasting protocols. Your genetics, sun exposure, skin type, and conversion efficiency all matter. Question for the group: Have you ever had your Vitamin D levels tested? If so, what was your number and what dose are you taking? If not, how much sunlight do you realistically get each week? Drop your results, questions, or experiences below. I'm curious to see where everyone is landing and I'll help point you in the right direction. 🎥 Full video: https://youtu.be/4qdN4MIVQpg

@Miguel Guerra no worries it all depends on the lab you use and reference ranges. I worked at Quest Diagnostics and we acquired Cleveland Heart lab which is the Premeir boutique lab for all thing Cardio Health related. The Cardio IQ test menu which aligns with the goals of most men and women on this site better serves as proper more realistic and ideal reference ranges for the bio makers they use for testing. Your levels are fine your doctor may say otherwise depending on the “camp” they are in. How do you feel? Do you have any medical conditions where this Vit D level concern you.
Your Brain Isn't Broken – It's Inflamed
Most guys reach 40 and think their cognitive decline is inevitable. It's not. Your brain is inflamed, and inflammation is reversible. My new book breaks down two weapons that change the game: Dihexa – 7 times more potent than BDNF itself. Hardwires new skills into your neural architecture. Semax – A peptide that clears brain fog in 5 to 10 minutes with no crash. This isn't coffee. This isn't a stimulant. This is neurogenesis. Question for the group: What's the one cognitive task (focus, memory, verbal fluency) you wish you could double overnight? Cortagen, semax/Selank combo eat super clean NO grains that aren’t pure organic eat fermented foods high protein and fat absolutely NO alcohol or processed foods. Get your body is a calm non-inflamed state and enjoy life. It’s key to know you must get your insulin under control if you’re pre-diabetic or showing signs of insulin resistance. Drink lots of water NO processed foods and no sweetener. Eat raw foods. Lots of good healthy fats like avocado, nuts, butter, olive oil, eggs, raw milk. It’s a game changer the peptides alone will never change a dam thing. Do your part and the rest will follow.

"Doctors Said My Heart Valve Damage Was Irreversible. They Lied."
That's a line from the Healing & Recovery section of the new book, Miracle Molecules. The Wolverine Stack – BPC-157 + TB-500 – doesn't just patch you up. It mobilizes stem cells and builds the actin highway to repair: Tendons and ligaments Leaky gut Nerve damage Even cardiac tissue This is tissue repair at the molecular level. No surgery required. Question for the group: If you could heal one old injury or nagging pain overnight, what would it be? Free ebook – Healing & Recovery Guide Accelerate tissue repair – no surgery required. http://tonyhuge.is/miracle-now
