7 Settings in Gemini You Have to Use
Gemini has 7 settings most people never touch. I spent time digging through every menu Google built. Here's what actually matters: Gems are custom AI personas you build once and reuse. Role, task, output format. Upload your reference docs. Never explain yourself again. Connected apps lets Gemini read your Gmail, Calendar, and Drive. Type @ before any prompt to pull from live data. Most users have this off by default. Scheduled actions are the real play. Type a prompt with a time attached and toggle it on. Gemini runs it automatically. Weekly briefing. Daily calendar summary. Done without you. Personal instructions tell Gemini how you work. Set it once in settings. It applies that context to every conversation going forward. Temporary chat exists for anything you don't want remembered. Deleted after 72 hours. No trace. NotebookLM integration lets you attach an entire research library to a live conversation. Your notes plus current web data in one query. The = AI formula in Google Sheets processes entire columns in seconds. Categorize feedback. Translate rows. No third-party tools. No manual work. You don't need a new app. You need the one you already have, configured correctly.

Crazy Claude hiccup...it shut me out from subscribing after i osid the annual fee! it informed I had too many actions of a certain kind that were a violation of domerhing I do not understand, lol. It refunded me in 24hrs. Happy about thst. I hadnt even used it.not used it. I used the free verdion to ask questions recently, and a month prior, I did initial transfer of ChatGpt info. Barely scratched the use limits. Reached out with appeal 3x...got 1 response 10days later...awful customer service. No luck, they denied me. Figured, fine, you stink as a service if you are letting bots stop subscribers. Then for some reason, 2wks after, Claude came into my world again, I figured I'd try to sign up again for the annual subscription, it worked, and I'm not kicked out. So far so good. Always an adventure.

Great going publishing your book @Jason Ratcliff !!
Content Creation is Tough
If you're an entrpreneuer, your strategy should include creating organic social media content. And if you've been grinding out content for any length of time, you know it's not easy to stay consistent and keep the ideas flowing. This evening I scheduled 160 posts in less than 15 minutes. See the breakdown below.👇 My stack: Claude + Blotato + Github Cost is $29 mo for Blotato Claude subscription (which you may already have) Find out more about Blotato here: https://blotato.com/?ref=jasonzd

Happy Easter
Easter is a reminder that resurrection is real. Not just theologically. Entrepreneurially. Every one of you has had a business idea that died. A launch that flopped. A version of yourself you had to bury. A season where you looked at what you built and wondered if it was over. The same power that rolled the stone away is the same power that gets you back to the laptop. Back to the whiteboard. Back to the vision that everyone else said was dead. Entrepreneurs do not quit. They resurrect. So today, wherever you are in your journey, whether you are in the middle of your best season or sitting in the dark wondering if anything is going to work, let Easter remind you of this: the season that felt like failure was a training ground preparing you for the future of what is to come. He has risen. We will to. Happy Easter. From my family to yours. Jason
