Does CJC/Ipa increase appetite while on Reta?
I have been taking low dose Reta for almost 6 weeks (0.5 mg twice a week) and it has been amazing at calming my food noise. I started CJC/Ipa 7 days ago (0.1 mg daily), and for the past 3 days, the food noise has come back strong. Could it be the CJC/Ipa causing this? Or do you think it might just be time to increase my Reta a little? I also take SS-31. NAD+ and GLOW, but the change in appetite seems to coincide more with starting CJC/Ipa. I am taking Reta for food noise, not for weight loss, so was trying to keep it low dose so I could still eat and get all my protein in, and have good energy for workouts. Thanks for any feedback on this!

@Lillian Malik I gained water weight with Tess/ipa stopped and weight went back down in 2 days. Stated back at a lower dose and still had water weight retention. Stated on it for a week or so and just stopped. Going to try just IPA as I have read it’s least likely cause water retention
GHK-Cu/KLOW tips for the "spice"
I seem to be very sensitive to anything with GHK-Cu. I am currently trying a cycle of KLOW and I get the burn real bad (I know for many people this stack minimizes it but I still get it). I have tried diluting with bac water 1:1 after drawing up my KLOW, leaving it out for 30 minutes prior to injecting, and moving to the subQ in the glutes. I can still feel (and see) every injection site from the last 4 days (one on each side of my abdomen and one on each side of my glutes). I guess I will move to my thighs next as I am running out of non-painful sites! Do you ladies have ANY other tips/tricks that I might try? I really wanted to do a GHK-Cu cycle on its own after this but DAMN it is painful!

I would like to hear from anyone using Lipo C. What did it do for you? Are you taking any other peps with it?

@Shawna Fenwick okay. I read your comment wrong. Sorry! I don’t do a ton of cardio. Mainly walking and maybe one day a week I’ll do sprints. Mostly just do strength training
Reta
Curious about trying Reta but concerned about side effects. I was diagnosed 8-9 years ago with gastroparesis. Struggled with constipation for a long time but have spent several years helping my gut and now have daily bowel movements. I don’t want to mess that up. My fasting insulin is below 1 and A1C is below 5. I’ve had a hard time losing 8-10lbs my BMI is around 27-28% I have strong sugar cravings. Eat 130-140g of protein and very little processed foods. Strength train 4-5x per week and get around 10k steps per day. Anyone have insight or suggestions. I

@Tara West I just finished up a round of motsc 100 units 5 days on 2 days off for 5 weeks. Added in oral Slupp almost 2 weeks ago. Taking 2 capsules in the morning and if I can remember 2 more capsules mid afternoon

Can I take other supplements when I take my Slupp or should I wait 30-60 mins before taking them?? Also, does anyone split up their dose and take half in the morning and half later in the day?

@Shelly OnDaJab I’m going to try that today. I was thinking 2 capsules upon waking and 2 capsules mid day. Is that what you do?
