Yesterday I posted about wingman-ing someone to 3 listings in 30 days.I said that bidding starts at $1. A bunch of you have been messaging me asking what the auction actually looks like. It’s pretty simple (and a lot of fun). I pick a date. We do it live right here on Skool. You type your bid in the comments. Gifs encouraged. Cheerleading and trash talk is fun too. No cameras. Bidding starts at $1. You can bid as many times as you want. I want to make sure everyone wins something, just for joining in... So don’t be shy about joining the party because you feel like you might be outbid. And that’s how it all works. I wanna get you all the LISTINGS you can handle... 💡so here's what I'm thinking... What if I were to take you under my wing to get you listings AND help you sell them FAST? You’d say GOODBYE to endless weekends of chauffeuring ungrateful buyers around that never end up buying. And forget about cold-calling seller leads only to be met with “please take me off your list”. Instead, we’d get you 3 listings in 30 days AND we’d get AT LEAST 1 of those SOLD inside of 14 days after that. Here’s how it’d go down: 1️⃣ I'd set you up with my AI system that FINDS YOU property owners in YOUR AREA who ACTUALLY WANT TO SELL. 2️⃣ You reach out to sellers who are actually excited to give you their listing! How? We bring an offer to the seller. Totally different conversation! Sellers can’t wait to hear from us because we’re GIVING them something they want. Then giving us their listing becomes THEIR IDEA! (I got 2 listings VIA TEXT in 10 min at my daughter's softball practice. Fat fingers and all 🤷) 3️⃣You don't have to be good at this yet. I'd be IN YOUR BACK POCKET the whole time. On your seller calls WITH you. Looking over every text and email WITH YOU. You just show up and I'll handle the scary parts until they're not scary anymore. 4️⃣ When we land the listing, I help you get it SOLD. FAST. Your listing goes out to a waiting list of buyers BEFORE it hits the market. By the weekend, they're competing for it. By Monday, you're reviewing offers. That's your first commission check. 💰 Would you be open to it? If I opened up ONE SPOT...
