I'd be IN YOUR BACK POCKET the whole time. On your seller calls WITH you. Looking over every text and email WITH YOU. You just show up and I'll handle the scary parts until they're not scary anymore. 4️⃣ When we land the listing, I help you get it SOLD. FAST. Your listing goes out to a waiting list of buyers BEFORE it hits the market. By the weekend, they're competing for it. By Monday, you're reviewing offers.
