Wholesaling Land
I’ve been wholesaling homes since 2019 and I’d like to transition into land. Has anyone had success with land? If so, what are the top 3-5 pointers you’d share about the process and finding the best locations?

@Eddie Nwabuoku thank you for this insight. I’ve been studying for a few weeks, found my niche and I’m ready to roll. Sending out mailers today.
Tapping Back In
So I got discouraged because some deals fell through I got sellers to agree to my price but had an issue finding cash buyers. If anyone can share any tips that can help me on my journey as I get back to it I would appreciate it.

@Eddie Nwabuoku Super easy to find if you have a good deal.

@Eddie Nwabuoku you’re right. I was simply saying that investors also flock to good deals if you have them as well.
Hello from Cleveland
Hello everyone. I taught myself to wholesale in 2019 by following YouTube and Max's FB community. I started in August of 2019 and closed my first deal in November. I have consistently closed deals every year since and I owe much of it to the original community. I now have a huge buyers list and I'm open to JV deals. You can do this. Stay coachable and stay the course.

Real estate license to wholesale land?
Hello guys I had a quick question. I am working in NC and was initially studying to wholesale homes but as of oct 1st it’s considered broker activity is this the same with vacant land wholesaling??

Instead of wholesaling it, you can double close. That should solve your problem.

@Sam Saleh Double closing it means that you would need transactional funding to close it. Which means, you'lre buying it and then selling it, instead of wholesaling it.

Sometimes I forget and have to be reminded that everything I do (including my work) is to help others. Chase the impact and add value—the income will follow. You don’t need permission to raise your value ✅ You don’t need applause to keep going ✅ You don’t need a license to hustle ✅ You don’t need comfort to grow ✅ You don’t need to explain yourself—to nobody. Most people wouldn’t even understand the season. I don’t want to talk. I don’t want to text. I don’t want to hang out. I don’t want to do anything that isn’t an exchange of value. Time is our most valuable asset and people dying everyday. 👉🏾 Don’t be afraid to do something different. Fail fast. Nobody can hold you back more than yourself. Don’t live and die on somebody else’s terms. Don’t let nobody tell you what you can’t do. Play the long game. Be relentless. Be helpful. Be authentic. Pray like it all depends on God—and work like it all depends on you.

Wow. What a great message. Proof that the work we do does matter more than we sometimes know.
