Day 2/28 Yes Or No?
See? I'm already effin up! 🤣 BUT ya learn stuff even so! What it took me over a week now to really see, is that I say 'Yes' too easily. This is both good and bad. Allow me to go further into detail, and let me know your thoughts on this! Good: You see, I remember hearing Grant Cardone explain what is basically called the "no problem" mentality. To summarize it up, you ever had that one individual working for you, or that one person who you ask a favor. And no matter how ludacris it may seem, the answer always goes like this. "No problem." "For you, we'll make it happen." "I got this." Isn't that the person who has the confidence that you WANT to have on your team? The answer alone oozes confidence that you know they have it all under control, and THAT is the trait I want to be known as. The 'No Problem" guy. Bad: This can also lead to a major lack of focus. Saying yes to everything basically can open the door to more distractions. The more things you say no to, permits you to double down on what it is that you are good at. It's what separated a focused person from distractions. My main issue is that after you finish school, a majority of your life still hasn't officially started yet. It's not till you find "that calling" that you understand what must be done. Some people hear this call super early, while others plain old drown it out. At the end of the day, it's not a race to the finish. But a journey to the desired destination. While I do know where my destination is, I've struggled with staying focused on what I need to reach that destination. But one thing is for sure, all of my roads will lead down the same direction. Little bit of vulnerability in this post, but that's essentially what I sell the best! Because if I can acknowledge my own weakness, they can't be utilized against me! We call this the B Rabbit effect!(Eminem's 8 mile movie reference)

@Keyvon Thompson Thanks a ton man! The next steps I'm taking from here are gonna be writing down all of the things I've said yes to in terms of business ideas, and seeing which ones I need to keep, and which ones I need to say no to!

@Ty Rainey Much appreciated!! This was a very empowering comment! Took me ages to finally get all of these things figured out, but now it's just the matter of putting it into action!

Day 2 of 28 | My micro win!
My daily micro-win to reach my goal is to simply let at least 10 people know about my stuff. I will use the core 4 from $100m leads (warm and cold outreach, content & paid ads). By day 28, minimum 280 people who didnt know about my stuff, would have known. I will do this every single day for the next 27 days.

Day 1/28 Pain to Progress!
Hey everyone, I’m starting my 28-day journey! My goal is to actually sit down and reflect on all of the business ideas I've generated over the past few years. With my visionary mindset, I've blown through so many different concepts and avenues that I intend to make money from. The good thing is, I've decided at least what out of all the things I've done DOESN'T align with me and my morals, which I feel like is never talked about enough. I've ultimately decided that ride or die vehicle will be real estate, that's never gonna change. I've spent this entire year networking, educating myself, repairing my credit, and looking for a way to get procure capital to begin the full on investing journey into commercial. By the end of these 28 days, we should be closing in near the end of the year. I don't personally believe in the whole new year new me, because you can sit down and make these decisions without waiting for a timeframe or reason if you really want it enough. Why? Because I've spent FAR too long trying to find the path of least resistance towards this goal, but never had I sat down and set objectives to obtain a route to get there. First thing is first, I intend to setup some sort of goal to buy back the time that I've spent in my W2 position for something that gives me skills to obtain more money. The thermodynamics of money being used to obtain bigger goals is always one of the biggest thing the entrepreneur must learn. So it's time I find a way to utilize that!
