Productivity Is Unmatched
As a solo founder building a startup company that will have many moving parts, having ChatGPT has been a game changer for me! The level of productivity is truly top tier. Even when I have a Co-founder and a full team, I can't imagine us not using ChatGPT. It doesn't eliminate my work because I have to be very clear and detailed with the prompts that I give it, much like being a supervisor of humans (which I have been), or having an assistant (which I've also had), if I'm unclear in my direction, it will give me undesirable results. So, I'm building a transitional housing and entrepreneur facility, and it's NOT like any other facilities out here, as well as it is NOT a 501(c)3 nonprofit. The fact that ChatGPT is familiar with the type of entity that I'm building is so dope. Here's all the things we've accomplished in 3-weeks: - Course Outline for ALL 6 of the classes including the subcategories within each Subject. - Class Schedules including Lunch break with 10 minutes between each class for transition ease. - ALL Business model revenue structures. - Pre-Sell Corporate Sponsorship outreach structure - 10 Year Plan & Roadmap - NOW to Grand Opening Plan & Roadmap - Instructor/Advisor Outreach structure - Foster Care Facility outreach email - Core Values Speech - New Intake System - Monthly Orientation structure - Sponsor / Donor Wall Mock-up - My Crowdfunding Pitch (for video) And a few other things but I think you get the pont. Lol... When I had my digital magazine I didn't have ChatGPT, I used a VA that I hired off Fiverr and that was PHENOMENAL! I worked around the clock on my magazine to make sure each issue came out on time without losing the quality standards that I had set. This is a whole other beast and there is No way I would have this much accomplished on my own. I'm so grateful that God chose me to be human and I'm grateful to the human innovation that we are constantly striving to make better! God's Hand is all over me and The Franklin Tree 🙏🏾

Productivity Is Unmatched
Day 7: Reflect, Celebrate, & Plan the Next Step
I had a few wins this week I went from no subscribers to 8 on YouTube. Most shorts for views but I got more views now than ever so someone one there appreciates what I’m trying to teach. I been reaching out to help and now getting a little busy with my community it’s crazy how things change. I’m still gonna be on here as well maybe not as much at time but I’m not going anywhere! My celebration is watching this community grow and getting to know everyone one more. My plan next is to rearrange my courses and build out systems that can be dropped right into someone’s business with just a few minor changes to customize it. I’m geeked everyone’s been making moves and it motivates me so I see yall and I’m proud of yall !!! Let’s get it!!!

Day 6: Reflect
This one is a little late as I needed to reflect on what I been working towards and why I do this. My motivation has been to get to the next level and there is no cap or limit @Shalanda Makalo says. So with that I’ll never be satisfied or okay. I’ll keep growing and working for that next level. This is not about monetizing but inner growth. It’s always been me against me so I have to let myself know what’s really good!

Day 6: Reflect
Day 2 of 28 | My micro win!
My daily micro-win to reach my goal is to simply let at least 10 people know about my stuff. I will use the core 4 from $100m leads (warm and cold outreach, content & paid ads). By day 28, minimum 280 people who didnt know about my stuff, would have known. I will do this every single day for the next 27 days.

Official Goal Day 5: Reflect
One thing I’ve learned this week is you can never be prepared enough for different types of leads. I had my first 1:1 call to go over the goals of a member. As much as I thought I was ready I was a little unprepared for some of his answers but I rolled with the punches. Took it as a learning lesson for growth as a coach and mentor. This week was also my first week running ads to a lead magnet to see who's interested in my services or community. On day 3 I got one unexpectedly so I have all types of automations but I didn't have one specifically for Facebook Ads. So I sent the first one it must of been like 1:30 AM I'm building a automation to take those leads and add them to a CRM. Then email all new contacts the Lead Magnet. By this afternoon I had it on autopilot and so far 3 have come through the whole process no issues. Alot of tweaking my profile, course and community but not trying to stray away from what I do. This day was a day to reflect so this goal is right on time.
