It happened. I had a Friday Through Monday S.A.D. Foods Including pizza ๐, pasta ๐ , sugar โ๏ธ, oil and salt ๐ง. I did not hugely overdo it with the food, but I had a sugar binge. As my joints were hurting later Monday evening after getting back at 9 PM from the Italian Restaurant after prayer at church โช๏ธ. (Christians like to eat out together after everything and Fellowship ๐ท ๐ฑ โช๏ธ). I thought to myself, โWhy do I do this? When I know from Chris Beat Cancer that Sugar is CANCER FOOD!! Cheese ๐ง is BREAST CANCER! I know this! ๐ฅค โ. I answered this question ๐โโ๏ธ. I decided last weekend to eat Standard American Diet Foods. I have gained 5 lbs. from my lowest this year August at 179.7 It was a CHOICE. I made the choice to eat the SAD Food. I didnโt meal prep, bring food with me or any planned eating. I PAID THE PRICE! My tummy got constipated ๐ฉ. I was bloated. My hands hurt. My joints hurt. Inflammation was in full effect. Tuesday I CHOSE to DO WHAT WORKS. Fasted and hydrated ๐ฆ Increased my water. ๐ง Ate when hungry which took 21 hours. Ate a 1200 Calorie Diet on Tuesday and Today. Bloating is gone. Hands feel better Did 45 min of yoga this morning Increased energy Less inflammation Mobility increased STOPPED ๐ EATING NO SNACKING LOTS OF WATER ๐ฆ KEEP IT MOVING โMotion is Lotion ๐งด โ Today, DOWN -2 Lbs.. +3 Lbs. more to go to be back at my lowest weight.
