What NOT to do if you want a repeat customer
I like Chris Koerner's videos, and his marketing chops are pretty sharp, or is it that I'm an easy sell/ Here's what happened. He posted a video about white-labelling software from a Dallas company, GoHighLevel, and marketing it to vertical markets. I liked the idea, and bought the $19 recap and more I thought was on offer. What a surprise when I got it and it was mostly just an AI rework of the transcript, somewhat nicely formatted, but with this laziness thrown in: "The host spent this episode reverse-engineering five businesses" "The host used Walmart's Great Value spaghetti noodles as his analogy" "At the end of the episode, the host built the starter version" Didn't even care enough to do a CMD+F, find all "the host's" and replace them with Chris or he. Not impressed, and Chris will never get another $19 from me for any of these. But, I do thank him for showing me the idea, which I can pass it on to clients, but I'll damn sure EDIT the damn output, replace the 3rd party pronouns with the author's name and maybe add some additional value. Ok, I feel better now.

I didn't ask for a refund because I think I pulled the "buy" trigger too quickly, which still doesn't excuse Chris's sending out "the host" BS, but I let it slide....I may send him a note giving my feelings about it, as an unhappy customer's feedback. And, as I said, I'd never seen this aftermarket sell of a product, encapsulating all the steps in the video, so found it interesting and will incorporate it into my offerings to others, but with a whole lotta love and attention added in.
New Digital Product & Community Pricing
Hey guys! I'm officially back from Paternity Leave and wanted to make a few important announcements: 1. New Digital Product (AI Content Engine) While my son was in the NICU I shipped the AI Content Engine - My content repurposing system that turns one piece of content (preferably video) into optimized SEO posts, social media posts, email newsletters, branded graphics, and more. Everything comes out in your voice using a brand guide it builds from your existing content, with an anti-slop quality gate so nothing reads like generic AI output. Eventually I'll create a setup video once I have more time. This is a digital product for Paid Members only (Premium & VIP). 👉 Paid Members can access this by Clicking Here. 👉 Free Members can access by Upgrading to a Paid Plan. Note: If you don't want to upgrade you can also purchase this outright for $47 one time. 2. New Community Pricing: I am raising prices NEXT FRIDAY (9/11) and here are the new rates: - Premium: $200/yr → $300/yr - VIP: $75/mo → $85/mo ($600/yr) For any free members on the fence - This is your last chance to lock in the current rates for life. I need to properly value what I am offering here with the addition of more digital products, another weekly live call for VIP members, and more. I'm super grateful for everyone's support and appreciate all of you 🤝 My morning routine now looks a bit different with baby Hanley 🍼

Congratulations to you and your wife, Ryan. And what a cutie Hanley is! Will the new AI Content Engine be all I need to provide repurposing services [as presented by Sabrina Ramonov]? And is it free standing or runs in an AI model? I've become an on-the-stump advocate of DeepSeek Harness and would want to use it within it. If it will provide that facility, I'm a customer. Good to see you back, and I hope Hanley is a good sleeper so you can get the rest you need to keep up the great work here.

Quick image creation question
Hey guys, I use Claude Code and need to semi-frequently generate some high quality images for a newsletter and landing pages. I'd like to use photo-realistic as well as graphic images. Please advise best practices: API or MCP, and who you use. Many thanks in advance
