Live Seller Call: Foreclosures
You can either watch it here or watch this in the skool classroom titled "Live Call-Seller". I created this video for you as a LIVE EXAMPLE on what your seller phone call should sound like and things to consider when moving a seller from an open rates list into an booked appointment after a strong follow-up. You might need to send 100 messages or more yet keep it in mind that people get busy, distracted and might be loyal to their friends and family everyday. Your focus is to stay on task until your get a clear "Yes" or "No". Your money is always in the follow-up So keep in mind that you need to make sure to follow through on all your open rates list or you will not see results. After the mail meteor system does it job of 90%, the other 10% effort is on you to finalize those results and get a signed contract. Listen how I approach this seller during my call.
