Day 12, Happy March 1st!
Today we simply move and embrace the possibilities of a new month. Progress, not perfection. If things haven’t been flawless, that’s okay. Use movement to reconnect to the present moment and keep improving, little by little.

@Denny Fairchild Ha ha. Happily that's a perfect description of the day I'm having while the wind howls and the rain pours outside. Hope you're having a wiggly-giggly day too, Denny. The rain is a welcome confirmation that our flood prevention efforts here have been successful. Poor land management up the hill but a few very muddy visits with a friend and his chainsaw and a couple of shovels mean the water's now flowing along the stream bed again rather than down the hill and into the houses at the bottom. Phew!

@Denny Fairchild Hi, Denny. That's a little frustrating about the book. I hope you do enjoy it when it does arrive. To be discussed... I didn't know about Yu but it made me laugh. I'm definitely not great in any sense! And there's certainly no conquering water. A bit of persuasion is the only way. What was nice was how quite a few folk rallied round. One guy even appeared on his tractor but couldn't get it up the hill. Anyway, next time we're up there, I'll share the story of Yu.
Day 13, Move in Silence
Today is a short, Qigong-inspired session practiced in silence. Flow gently, embrace the stillness, and notice how you feel with fewer distractions. Just move and observe.

Meraviglioso indeed! I saved this one for an early evening wind down and the silence was perfect. So calming. Just the occasional prehistoric screeching from the herons nesting outside. And I loved the bells, the bells. See you all tomorrow.
Day 11, Shape Your Environment
Today we take movement to the floor and look at our surroundings differently. Instead of trying to change everything, we shape our environment so it supports success. Even getting down to the floor once or twice can become an opportunity to build mobility, strength, and a new way of seeing what’s possible.

Well that was hard. My back struggled. Would love to do more of this though. Always good to work on weaknesses. Just don't do it out in the snow and rain, Drew. Have a good weekend everyone.
Day 10, Explore What’s Possible
Today we move with curiosity and wonder. If you’re creating change during these 40 days and fear shows up, that’s normal. Instead of shrinking back, can you explore what’s possible? Notice what your body can do today, and let curiosity lead the way.

Great as always. Happy Friday everyone.
Day 9, Move with Curiosity and Play
Today we move with curiosity and a spirit of play. Let your movements be creative, light, and a little experimental. Sometimes real change begins when we loosen up, try something new, and allow ourselves to move with a sense of joy.

@Marie-Thérèse Gloor Thanks, Marie-Thérèse. It'll be another nice day with my son, though he'll be way ahead of me. I'm holding on for the celebrations afterwards!
