Full Body Gentle Movement

@Frances Anne It took about two hours to get up there. It's been such a beautiful day. Great views out to the islands of Jura and Islay too, a whisky paradise for those who partake (I very rarely do). My legs are tired now. Today was supposed to be a day off from running! Hope you're doing well, Frances Anne.

Today we begin with a 10-minute Qigong practice. Connect your breath to each movement. Stay present. Move and flow with strength and steadiness in both body and mind. Set a simple intention: this week will be incredible, no matter what happens around you.

@Denny Fairchild Just finished The Pilgrimage, Denny. Very good. I'd heard it was more of an autobiographical account, which it certainly wasn't, but that's not to detract in any way. A bit too out there for me in parts and certainly not Drew's practical woo woo but a lot to think about and a nice epiphany. I must revisit The Alchemist. Read it years ago but it doesn't seem to have made a lasting impression. Maybe I'm more receptive now...
