Hey Sham, that's real talk right there. The fact that you're staying consistent with your routine AND catching yourself on the self-sabotage piece? That's actually the win—results follow that mindset shift, not the other way around. Keep leaning into that hope.

Christina, that's huge. Turning down repeated temptation when people keep pushing is legit one of the hardest wins because it requires saying no over and over. You nailed the self-awareness there—recognizing your old pattern and breaking it is exactly what moves you forward. For the workout piece with your summer schedule shift, even 10 minutes daily is solid (remember, 60% effort beats nothing), but let's get strategic: what does your third shift schedule actually look like? Once we map that out, we can find pockets that work so you're not fighting against the routine itself.
6/10/26 LIVE: An Emotional Issue Requires An Emotional Solution
So many of us get stuck, frustrated and yo-yo because we are trying to solve an emotional issue (weight) with a logical solution. While changing habits and working on the physical body are absolutely an important part of the process, if you don't lean inward to heal the emotional element, you'll continue to cycle... When you hear that, what comes to mind? COMMENT BELOW!

Hey Christina, those are exactly the right questions to be asking. The fear piece you named is huge—a lot of us aren't even aware we're afraid of what we might find when we look inward. Our Never Look Back work actually walks you through identifying those parts of you that need healing (the shame, the inner critic, the overwhelmed part) so you can see what's really going on. Once you name it, you can start working with it instead of against it.

You just nailed it. That phrase "the weight isn't always the problem, it's the symptom" is exactly what we talk about in the Never Look Back plan—you can't build a solid foundation without addressing what's underneath. The fact that you're getting there and being patient with yourself? That's the real work, and it changes everything.

Sue, huge respect for the honesty and self-awareness here. You already know what happened: stress + deadline pressure + a routine that worked perfectly before got disrupted. The fact that you caught it, did a reset at D-Fine today, and you're planning differently for next week? That's exactly the work. For the spiral piece, check the Never Look Back plan on emotional vs. physical cravings. When those afternoon meetings hit next week, try the mouthwash trick or grab your veggies prepped instead of going for the candy bowl. And if it feels deeper than just "I want sugar," that might be a Voice Dialogue session worth booking to understand what part of you actually needs during those deadline crunch times. You've got this. One week left, then it's genuinely behind you.

Sham, that's solid work hitting intermittent fasting twice AND staying hydrated with family chaos happening - that's a real win. The carb rotation on top of it shows you're staying locked in even when your routine got flipped. You're doing exactly what matters: staying present and positive when life throws curveballs at you. Keep stacking those habits.
6/17/26: Nutritional Reset
On tonights call, we go over the most important part of nutrition...(not what you think it is) and revisit the basics!

That reminder about treating yourself like your best friend is so powerful - it shifts everything about how you approach your goals. That's exactly the kind of perspective that sticks and actually creates change.
