Curious about accepting lots of jobs then having to pay your guys overtime.Where I work we’ve been on 5 10s for about a year now.We have come under a lot of other companies during the bids but because of that we have to work overtime to keep up with the work. Would it be better if they upped their prices instead of taking the overtime work but still charging less than other companies
