Thank you-just watched the recording. I feel that I did fair for my workouts last week but I have a tendency to not take adequate rest breaks. So I should work on focusing more and resting between sets

How many sessions are already on your calendar this week? If the answer is "I was gonna figure it out later," that's the gap. We're running on 30 minutes, 3x a week. The whole thing fits in the cracks of your day if you block it now. Drop your three session times below so we can all see them. Accountability works when it's out loud. Reminder: Run Club tonight at 5 pm. Free, bring a friend who's been curious about Vector FN but scared to walk in cold. It's an easy on-ramp, walk or run, whatever feels right. Community is the whole point.

I went to the gym yesterday but did a home workout tonight. I am in a work challenge as well that progressively hardens as the days go on. So trying to hold myself accountable for the home workouts as well. I am planning a gym session tomorrow and Thursday if all goes as planned
