Bio: I am a 56-yo who began my vegan LIFE in December 2024 and I feel incredible!!

Bio: I am a wife, mom, grandma and volunteer! I run a 501c3 nonprofit in my community and live at 7,000 feet in the south central mountains of New Mexico.

Bio: Daphne Bascom, MD, PhD is the Chief Operating Officer at The Vegan Gym. My passion: to educate, empower and engage people in living their best life.
