You get what you believe you’re safe to have
You Don’t Get What You Want You Get What You Believe You’re Safe to Have Here’s the truth. Everything in your life right now is being created by what you believe to be true. If your Subconscious mind & nervous system dont feel safe having more, it will always pull you back toward what feels familiar. Not because it wants to punish you. Because it’s trying to protect you. That’s its job. The uncomfortable that you know is more safe to your subconscious than the big dreams and goals you want to better your life! I know weird right? Your subconscious mind is loyal. It will always choose what feels safe over what feels possible. This shows up everywhere, in your money, your relationships, your business, your health, and yes, even your weight loss. You can want to lose the weight, feel better in your body, or finally create a consistent routine, but if deep down your system doesn’t feel worthy deserving & safe being seen, loved, confident, or powerful, you’ll hit that invisible ceiling and find yourself back at your old habits before you even realize it. That’s the oscillation!!! You top out and bottom out. Youre only allowed so much love, success, health, happiness, or peace before something inside says “too much” and pulls you back down. You sabotage, you fall, you rebuild, and then it happens again. And it’s not because you’re weak or broken. It’s just your subconscious programs & nervous system regulating to what it knows. Safety feels familiar, even when it’s uncomfortable. But safety isn’t the same as freedom!!!! This is why awareness matters more than effort. You can track every macro, hire every coach, hustle harder, and try to “fix” yourself, but if the belief underneath is “I’m not safe to have more,” you’ll keep repeating the same story........different day, same pattern. Same shit different day!! Awareness breaks the loop. It’s that moment you pause and actually see what’s happening instead of reacting to it. Its when you can ask, “Wait, what..... is this even true, or is this just an old story pretending to keep me safe?”
