Do You Have an Audiobook?
Most of the books I’ve published also have an audiobook version. Why?Because most people don’t sit down to read anymore—they listen while driving, walking, cleaning, or working. Here’s something that surprised me:👉 The majority of my book income comes from audiobooks, even though the royalties per sale are technically lower. What I’ve learned: - Audiobooks scale differently - Every dollar I spend promoting my paperback or ebook also boosts audiobook sales - Audio buyers are a completely different type of consumer - Many self-published authors skip this format entirely That means less competition… and more opportunity. If you don’t have an audiobook yet, I’m curious 👇What’s holding you back? - Cost - Tech setup - Not sure your book would work in audio - Didn’t even consider it yet Drop it in the comments—chances are someone else here has the same question.

@Sybil Hall ok, that's very cool- im going to check it out. Our local community college has a studio that I'm going to check out now, too. P.S. I lived in Co Springs for a few years.

This guide will help you build daily habits that create real, lasting change by learning how to care for and love your body and mind in ways you can actually sustain. - needs polishing, but it's my start

@Krista Brea it's really good for real change- I'm very anti diet culture- and a lot of books and programs are still just diet culture in disguise... I think that there are other ways to look at things that are not chasing numbers as fast as we can... wish me luck- I want to change the world ;). or at least America!

I'm not sure if these are exactly my aesthetic, but they caught my eye

@Krista Brea The funny thing is that that is not actually what I was looking for. I was looking for a monochromatic, maybe soft filtered photography nature thing but these are what came up when I was looking… I may look again
The Recipe for Book Sales Success 🍽️📚
I just uploaded a new video breaking down EXACTLY how I earned over $20K in Amazon KDP sales this year — and the steps you can follow to get there too. Here’s the simple recipe every author needs: 🔥 Pick a strong topic people are searching for 🔥 Use a professional, scroll-stopping cover 🔥 Write a description that actually sells 🔥 Get at least 20 reviews 🔥 Run Amazon Ads consistently Most authors skip one of these and wonder why their books don’t move. When all five pieces work together? That’s when you start seeing real income. Drop a comment after you watch the video — which part of the recipe are you working on right now?

@Jeff Baer are we having a competition here? She's also very funny and very responsive.
What if 2026 is the year you finally publish your book?
If writing a book has been on your mind for a while, this is your sign to set the goal now. Books don’t happen by accident—they happen when you decide and start building momentum. Start with Future Author Energy in the classroom to get clear on your book idea and stop overthinking. When you’re ready to turn that idea into a real, published book, the Book Challenge will help you put everything together. Yes, a book can be done in 7 days—but if life is busy, let’s aim for something realistic and powerful: your first book published in Q1 of 2026. I’m launching a brand new book in Q1 too, so we’ll be building and launching together. No perfection—just progress.

@Sybil Hall I think that my first one is going to be a lifestyle guide - movement, food, mindfulness - I'm still sort of working on the concept so I'm very early stages, but I only just got going!

@Sybil Hall thank you! I'll be checking in about it. I'm here for the instruction and accountability!
