Here’s what it does every week: 1.Pulls client data from your API Names, emails, account age, activity, etc. 2. Pulls automation metrics Usage %, ROI, engagement, time saved, support tickets, workflow count. 3. Calculates a retention score (0–100) Using weighted factors: – automation usage – engagement – ROI – support load – activity 4. Flags at-risk clients If score < 60 → “High Risk” Instantly prepares targeted recommendations. 5.Generates a full weekly report with AI Client-specific insights, ROI breakdown, risks, opportunities, next steps. 6. Emails the report to each client Professional, clean HTML email. 7. Sends a Slack summary to your team So everyone knows which clients need attention. 8.
