Hi everyone! My name is Tanika and I am licensed in OH primary focus in Cincinnati. I have been an agent assistant for two years now and licensed for one year. I’ve learned that I like listings but you have to be able to invest a little more money and time. I’ve learned I rather not deal with divorce situations but it’s not horrible. I’ve had quite a few deals with estate sales that I think I want to focus on along with first time home buyers. Overall I love real estate but it is a challenge.
