Let's Welcome Our Newest Members
We’ve had several new women join our Skool Community recently, and I’d love for us to surround them with encouragement right from the start. One of the most powerful things about this space is you — your kindness, your honesty, and the way you show up for one another. 💛 If you’ve been here a while, would you take a moment to: - Drop a welcome in the comments - Share something that’s helped you on your journey - Or offer a word of encouragement You never know how much a simple “you’re not alone” can mean to someone who is just beginning (or beginning again). 🌱 And to our new members — @Josephine Brantley , @Carolyn Sue Seepe @Patrecia Hegre, @Lorraine Korcsmaros @Sherry Leggett , and @Kris Turk - we’re so glad you’re here. You’ve stepped into a place of grace, growth, and support. Let’s make this a space where no one feels invisible. Go ahead and welcome someone below 👇💛

Hello all
Healthy Routines
From the poll we took, quite a few of you mentioned you need to get back into healthy routines. At First Place for Health, we begin with one truth: lasting wellness starts with Christ. When we place Him first in our daily routines—before food choices, fitness plans, or schedules—everything else aligns. A healthy routine begins with surrender and asking God to guide our decisions. Question: What does putting Christ first look like in your daily routine? Or is there something that needs to be surrendered to Christ in your life? Remember, this is a place for encouragement and no judgment, a place where we can learn and help each other.

I start my day with prayer but don’t close that prayer till evening because I speak with him and pray off and on all day. I’ll have other prayers that get closed during the day though. I have pre-diabetes and try to eat healthier for that but I have a hard time paying for the better food.
👋 Hey friend — Welcome to our community.
We’re so glad you joined First Place for Health. This community is for women who want: - less anxiety + stress - deeper peace with God - healthier habits without shame - real friendships + support - a fresh start when life feels heavy 💛 Before you scroll, do these 3 quick things: 1) Introduce yourself (in the Intro Thread!) Just share: - your name - where you’re from - one thing you want God to heal or strengthen in you 2) Save this truth: You don’t have to be “put together” to belong here. 3) Choose your starting point: ✅ If you want community + encouragement → stay in the feed and jump into discussions ✅ If you want a structured 14-day reset → start the Heart Reset course (Perfect for anxiety, loneliness, stress, and feeling “not enough.”) 🫶 Community vibe rules: - No fixing people - No shame - No “just pray more” energy - We speak life, not pressure - Grace always wins You’re not alone. Welcome home.

Hi. I’m Tammy Wise from Fulton, MO. I decided to join because I need the encouragement of others. I will be retiring this summer and I need to get my life in order. I have a hard time passing the I wants. I need to start eating healthier for my health. And get my home more organized. But I’m glad I found this and hopefully meet some really great people.

Hi, my name is Tammy and I struggle through life since my husband passed in 2017. I try to keep the smile on my face because someone may need one.
