I'm greener than grass new. 63 Years young and looking to get off disability making the last quarter of my life the best! I have a background in mortgage finance and was once a Realtor 20 years ago. I'm tired of sitting here broke crocheting my life away. I need a plan! Thank you very much.

@Michele Showalter 1. I am looking to help people. I like the idea of helping people in foreclosure get out with some cash before they have to leave with nothing and try to find somewhere to live with no money and bad credit. 2. I need to generate income so I don't have to live like a popper myself. NO, I have not closed my first deal yet, I don't even have any under contract yet. I have deal machine to create list and cold calling. That is all I can afford at this time. I am open to any suggestions and would love to learn from experienced, successful people without charging me my first born. I believe in paying it forward and I believe that we reap what we sow. I have years of experience in ministry helping ones no one else wanted to help. And still do Spiritual/Life coaching (by dotation only.) as I am called upon. 3. My whole life has been in service to others and now I am going to put myself first to be in a better position financially and do some things I've always dreamed of doing. How'bout you?
