@Daron Williams the simplest way to structure your day when you’re getting started is to break everything into three buckets: Promote, Prospect, and Follow Up. Since you’re brand new, education can fill part of that Promote/Follow-Up time as you build your foundation. A clean example: ‱ Start your day with an hour or two of education and mix in some promotion (posting on social media, joining groups, light networking, etc.). ‱ Then spend a couple solid hours prospecting — calling, texting, making offers, talking to agents. This is where the deals come from. ‱ Finish your day with follow-up, plus a little more education or anything else that popped up during the day. Keep it simple and stay consistent. If you hit these three categories every day, you’ll build momentum fast.

Let’s do something different today, something that actually moves the needle. Just a straight-up reality check: If you didn’t close a deal this week
 why? Break it down honestly: - Was it lack of leads? - Not enough conversations? - Analysis paralysis? - Follow-up slipping? - Not making strong enough offers? - Or are you still waiting for the “perfect” deal to fall in your lap? Drop your answer below, even if it stings a little. The point isn’t to criticize. It’s to identify the bottleneck so you can eliminate it before the new year hits and everyone else wakes up. I’ll go through the comments and give direct feedback if needed. This is how you start hitting consistent $10k+ months... by being brutally honest about what’s holding you back right now, not someday.

We move a lot of land in GA, where are your guys looking as far as locations?
How’s holiday deal flow looking for you right now?
Curious where everyone’s at... are you still locking stuff up, or has your market hit that typical end-of-year slowdown? On our side here in NE Georgia
 it’s weird. Historically, November is the final “real” month of activity. December and January usually die off hard while we wrap up whatever is already under contract. But this year? Zero slowdown. We’re just as busy right now as we were in the middle of the year. No clue why it’s happening, but I’m certainly not complaining. If anything, it’s making me think 2026 is about to be a monster year. Drop where you’re located and how deal flow is looking on your end. I’m curious to see if this is happening everywhere or if NE GA is just in its own little world right now.
