Getting back to working out. Is what I'm proud of. I had family come in . And I was out of my routine. This week my goal is to get back into my mornings being my time to reflect and fast. I am making time this week to incorporate private time with God. I want to grow in my spiritual life. Consistency has always been a struggle for me. That's why short term goals. Keep me focused and excited to meet them. My goal I'm locking in before the next live session is adding another time during the day to workout with my battle ropes and stepper. Soon I'll be adding a bosu to my home equipment.

As promised, here’s the protein I personally use 💪🏾🔥 I keep it simple and consistent , this protein helps me recover, build lean muscle, and stay on track with my nutrition without feeling heavy or bloated. I usually take it post-workout or when I need to hit my daily protein goals. Remember, protein is a tool ..pair it with consistent workouts, clean nutrition, and discipline and the results will follow. If you were in the live tonight, this is what I was talking about.
