@Jeff Johnson wow, thanks a lot for such a detailed answer, Jeff! they are just starting, but a friend of mine is their first engineer and we have worked together before. the financial part feels quite risky as they're still in pre-seed, but I keep thinking this might be an amazing growth opportunity!

@Jeff Johnson they're not asking me to pay for anything or work for free, I wouldn't even be considering if that was the case! but I would have to go down in salary from what I could get by going to an established company as a mid-level. so I guess it's the type of risk you get when investing money on something, where you might get good return from it in the long run, but need to be careful 😬

Frontend System Design
What are some good resources to learn about frontend system design and have a good overview to prepare for interviews? I feel quite comfortable with the live coding one, but I've never done this type of interview before and it feels much scarier to start with a blank canvas with no code to rely on. 😬

I'm using a terminal called Warp that has integrated AI capabilities so you can ask it which command to run to do X, or explain how Y works, which has been a good way for me to get some introduction to AI tools as I've been a bit skeptical from the beginning. 😬
