Overwhelmed
My friend will visit us tomorrow. I was waiting for this visit about 2 months. Super excited. I was planning many things to do together. And today the day before arrived. I was cleaning her room, making the bed, doing everything well, and hating this thing. That she is coming. And I have a lot to do. And I am in late with all my chores. I was too overwhelmed. I wanted to fight with my husband like always in these cases. But I stopped for a minute, and I recognized, I am overwhelmed so much about waiting and projecting. So I thought that it is not my real emotion. This is my nervous system. And after a little controlled fight with my husband :) , I am ok again. It is a big win for me today.!

Just finished all 3 sections
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something. I always thought I was failing at "normal life." Turns out my brain isn't broken - it just registers empty as empty and refuses to fake joy. The aliveness I keep chasing isn't extreme. It's the only thing that feels real.
