And I’m proud of you. But the truth? It wasn’t the standard I wanted for this community. Not the level of support. Not the level of clarity. Not the level of results I know you’re capable of. I felt it every day. I felt the gap. And it hurt, because I care too much to pretend otherwise. The real reason I went quiet? I couldn’t get people to the level I knew they deserved… at least not alone. Not with the systems I had. Not with the support structure I was running.
