I’ve dreamed of being a contortionist ever since I first comprehended the word. I intuitively nurtured my flexibility throughout my life, even though I thought I had missed my chance to pursue contortion. Connecting with Ilana’s Method evoked a wave of optimism. After signing up, so many missing pieces came together all in one place, creating a beautiful sense of activation. Now I am experiencing what I once could only imagine. Embodiment, trust, safety, strength, + sacred feminine community.ㅤ♡
