Question how difficult and is it worth to swap this into my 78 k10?

Need some help anyone with this style front end be able to send me a picture of the turn signal light pigtail? Mine are completely missing and trying to figure out what style they should be. Appreciate any help thanks.

My first vehicle growing up in michigan was a 86 k10 my dad gave me. Look forward to seeing what everyone does with their rigs. 🤘
