One step forward, 5 back!! Lol
Putting the seals in the cap side windows sucks, but got it done. Got the door panels and headliner in and all inside lights working. Now to figure out why my tailgate window regulator won't work...

@James Walker i was lucky enough to get all but 2 screws out of those sliding windows without them breaking

@James Walker the bottom long screw on each center bar we rusted and corroded and i broke them, ended up having to drill them out. Would have been nice if they would have made those window frames out of 2 pieces. those 4 little screws in the channels were a royal pain in the ass to get out.
I need feedback please!
Alright guys, I want to be very clear about this upfront — this is my product, but I’m not trying to sell anything to you here. I’m genuinely looking for honest feedback from people whose opinions I actually trust. We’ve gone through a lot of iterations on these Squarebody lower door speaker panels, and what you’re seeing now is what I personally believe is the best version so far. That said, outside input is incredibly valuable, especially from people who actually own and work on these trucks. Take a look at the pictures and let me know: - Do you see anything that could be improved? - Does anything look missing? - Is there anything you think could become an issue long-term? - Fitment, looks, function — I want all of it, good or bad. I’d much rather hear it now from this group than find out later the hard way. This community is a big part of why I’m even comfortable sharing stuff this early. Quick Giveaway Update I also want to say thank you to everyone who’s joined and helped build this place from the ground up. We’re sitting at 99 members right now, which is wild to me — so I’m just going to go ahead and do the giveaway anyway. It probably won’t be this weekend since I’ve got some Christmas stuff going on with family, but we’ll do it very soon — likely early next week, possibly even Sunday. Here’s how I’ll run it so everything stays transparent: - I’ll copy everyone’s name into a spreadsheet - Assign each person a number - Let everyone know what their number is - Then I’ll go live and use a random number generator to pick the winner Simple, fair, and out in the open. I really appreciate every single one of you being here. I hope you all have a great weekend, enjoy getting ready for Christmas, and thank you for helping make this community what it is already. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

What about maybe putting a puddle light in the bottom? The ones that project the chevy or whatever logo onto the ground when you open the door?
Hi All.
Whats up everyone, excited to see what everyone has and learn some things! Here is a little of what i had to do to get it to where it is now. Finishing up the interior and windows. Maybe it will be road worthy by Christmas.
Hi All.

@Kevin Moses i had to replace the entire rear support across the whole bed and both upright corner supports. the originals were rotted so bad that when i opened the tailgate for the first time after i bought it the body actually shifted, lol. Thats what i get for buying an $800 truck.

I can’t Take credit For making My Own product, I’m lucky enough to have found an awesome manufacture That can do anything I can dream of. This is the production of our console lift And I just love watching the press make it look like no work at all!!!!

@James Walker true, I actually wanted to find a new one because mine was rotting. I ended up welding some new metal into and just making it good enough for me.
Happy Friday everyone.
What are you all working in this weekend. Any progress going to be happening on the squares. I’m finally starting my front 57” Spring swap on this beast. And swapping to a 91 style front because I destroyed my last core support.
Happy Friday everyone.
