Date: 17 December 2025 Day: Wednesday One thing I want to remember about today: I stayed focused on important tasks and reminded myself that discipline beats motivation. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Slept at 1:35 AM and woke up at 9:40 AM. What data will I look up after a month or year? Consistency in routines, productivity, personal growth, and progress toward financial goals. Reminders: I am responsible for how I use my time. Small, consistent actions create lasting results. Focus on one important task and do it well. Day Start Section Most Important 1-3 Tasks: Complete one focused personal growth or learning task. Handle household or personal responsibilities efficiently. Maintain daily routine and prayers. What I don’t want to do today: Mindless scrolling on social media, procrastination, and negative self-talk. Diet + Gym + Boxing: Breakfast: Tea + 2 slices of bread Lunch: Mataar Pulao with salad Dinner: Bhindi with roti Gym: None Practice: None Speaking: None Day Close Section Wins of the Day: Stayed disciplined and avoided distractions Completed important tasks on time Maintained routine and prayers Mistakes / Learnings: Spent extra time on phone; learned to set better screen boundaries Prayer Times: Fajr: 6:00 Zohar/Jumma: 1:40 Asr: 5:10 Maghrib: 6:10 Isha: 10:45 late :) Tahajjud: Did not wake up
What I Should Do to Grow, Earn.
I'm an introvert and I'm not very confident talking to people. Sometimes my voice becomes so low that people ask me "kya kaha aapne?" I want to work on my laptop at the backend, don't want to be famous, just earn money, own multiple businesses and maybe become an investor. I am applying for internships in social media and graphic designing. But I'm not creative and use chatgpt for ideas. I feel like i've wasted a lot of time, I turn 23 this year, in my undergrad .
