What I need: - Each client must have a fully isolated n8n instance (no shared workflows, credentials, or execution data) - Setup must be 100% compliant with n8n licensing - Ability to manage multiple client instances as an agency - Clients should only see their own automations - Access automations via a white-labeled subdomain (e.g. client1.ouragency.com, client2.ouragency.com) - Needs to scale from a few clients to 100+ What I’m trying to avoid: - Shared multi-tenant n8n setups - Non-compliant licensing workarounds - Heavy DevOps complexity if possible Questions for those already doing this: - How are you hosting n8n for clients today? - Are you using one VPS per client, multiple instances per server, or something else? - How do you handle white-labeling and client access? - Any gotchas with licensing I should be aware of? - Any lessons learned or things you’d do differently? Hi there, I was making a RAG Agent which got triggered when someone copy a file on Google Drive. Now I am trying to change it for multiple files (e.g. instead of one file at a time, what if that drive got 5 different files). I thought that running all of that in a loop will solve it (as per screenshot) however, it is still taking one file only. How to change this workflow to incorporate multiple files in a Google drive folder?. Looking forward to hearing from you soon, Best regards, Syed

Been testing how far I can automate my content workflow using n8n.This setup takes one idea → turns it into a week of posts. - I drop the idea into Notion - n8n sends it to OpenAI to write the post - It formats, adds hashtags, and schedules through Buffer - I do a quick review before it goes live Nothing crazy, but it saves me hours every week. Still tweaking the prompt and approval flow to make it sound more natural. Anyone else here automating their content creation with n8n? Would love to see how you’re doing it.

Hi there, I have few Questions about actual deployment of n8n Workflows, just want to wrap my head around that: - Where the workflow will be deployed, will it be a Local n8n instance at Client. - Will it be online version - like I got a VPS server from Hostgator and install an instance of n8n there and then Map the Domain or something similar. - I am looking at it from the lens of current Deployments e.g. If I build a website for someone usually I host it at there server or at my hosting and then just give credentials to client. - What will happen to subscriptions? e.g. If I am using Google API or Open AI API etc, whose credentials I will be using moving forward ? - Will it be a maintanence contract e.g. if the workflow needs some changes etc then can we ask for some kind of retainer to be on call?. Feel free to add your thoughts and if I missed asking any question (as I am new into this) please include them. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
