I’ve been here before! But I’m back lol. Currently a NG for Salt Lake Wildcats in the WFA. I really really struggle with staying low. My speed and power have gotten better throughout the last year and my mind is right, but I need some tweaks.
Explosion From Hips
My biggest issue write now is my explosion, but specifically exploding from my hips. When I watch myself, it looks like I’m exploding with my back first, then my hips follow. Any advice on how to fix this?
