1:1 Onboarding System Fixed
We usually used to let you schedule your onboarding calls within the next 48 hours of purchase. But due to heavy response & sudden flood of motivated entrepreneurs like you all who opted to join the system, our 48 hour window started getting completely blocked! (which is good) But because of this, some of you couldn't book your onboarding calls, we have extended the window for you to book these slots. BOOK HERE! P.S. I am posting this update for everybody, only book if you have not been onboarded already!

Need help with onboarding
Closing Closing Closinggg
Heyyy, Recently had a call with a new prospect, he was a stock market coach. The call was going decent, but suddenly my co-founder texted me on wp “bhai y toh close hone hi aaya h” The reason he texted this was 'cause the guy on the call was constantly saying stuff like "I was looking for the same help", "this is exactly what I needed" etc. Usually, when such things happen, 2 thoughts hit my mind: 1. Either we tapped the right person at the right time 2. or... they’re just exploring & will ghost with some typical rigid objection 😂 majorly, i assume the second one. reason being “sales se disconnect hona h taaki call hurt na kare” 😂 Turns out, I was right. he said, “Swapnil I need at least a week to discuss with my other partners, I’ll be travelling for 7 days with my family,” and I was like… as expected. This has been such a pattern now: they pretend to be the ideal fit and then throw a combo of: “family trip + partners discussion” btw, he was the same guy who said “I’m the sole decision maker” 💀 i was sure he’s going to be in the lost deal bucket. but i still wanted to try once. So I said “Abhijeet, I think I asked you at the beginning of the call itself, are you the only decision maker or did you want to add someone else on the call?” and you replied, “nope i am the sole decision maker in this domain.” so i think you needed to frame a better objection 😂 My co-founder instantly texted “bhai let it be, we know kya krra h wo. offend mt kro.” (for context, we both usually text during calls to stay on the same page.) but funny part was the guy laughed. and said "Never seen someone being so blunt with me on any past calls 😂. Really loved this, Swapnil." then he goes “i wanted to join but price is the concern” I offered him a better payment structure and just because of that blunt statement, he got closeddd 🫠 I had a team call after this, told them the story They laughed like hell 😂 So I thought i’ll share it here too Maybe it makes you laugh Or maybe there’s a tiny learning here too...

Unmask Your Offers! [What Separates A Launch Success From A Flop]
This one thing decides if your offer will be an instant success or a slow painful struggle. As soon as you launch something new, people don’t actually see your product for what it is. They put a mask on it. A mask built from first impressions — your name, design, words, the vibe it gives off. Once that mask is on, it hides the true identity of your offer. And then, it takes people a long time to understand what you’re really selling… sometimes they never do. That’s why so many great offers fail. It’s not because they aren’t valuable. It’s because they wore the wrong mask. Think of it like this: A small cake can be called a muffin. But a cake and a muffin attract totally different people, occasions, and emotions. If you sell a cake disguised as a muffin, you lose. If you sell a muffin disguised as a cake, you lose. And while some sharp customers may eventually figure it out, most will never bother to look past the mask. That’s how offers die out — not from lack of value, but from being misunderstood. This wrong mask doesn’t just confuse people. It also makes you spend huge amounts of time and money trying to correct perceptions. More ads, more explanations, more convincing… when the problem was simply that your offer wasn’t unmasked at the start. Real Stories of Wrong Masks: 1) Slack Slack started as a failed gaming startup. The game didn’t work, but the internal chat tool the team built was amazing. At first, they thought it was just a side utility. But when they stripped off the “gaming company” mask and reintroduced it as a communication platform, Slack exploded into one of the fastest-growing B2B apps ever. 2) Instagram Before Instagram, there was a startup called Burbn. It was a confusing mix of check-ins, social gaming, and photos. People didn’t get it. Too many masks at once. Then the founders cut everything down to just one thing — sharing photos with filters. The moment they removed the wrong masks, Instagram’s true identity shined… and the rest is history.

AI For Business??
Using AI as a shortcut dulls your judgment & hurts your critical thinking (permanently) Sophie Rottenberg, a vibrant 29-year-old, confided for months in a ChatGPT-based AI therapist named “Harry.” After her suicide, her mother discovered Sophie’s chat logs. The AI offered comforting words—but lacked the ability to intervene, report danger, or engage ethically. Sophie’s suffering was hidden in a digital “black box” that no one else could break into. In just the last 1 year, we have enough data to reveal – those who depended on AI became overly optimistic about their abilities. This habit leads to danger! This habit leads to a distorted reality! Lets talk business, shall we? Business is the game of analysing the reality & making accurate judgements.. Stop depending on AI to take care of your whole business. Because, you're simply running towards a dead-end. Comment "AI" to copy my system on using AI for online business safely! P.S. This photo was not generated with AI (Seriously! I know I look good)
