What to to when brain not stop?
Hi 👋 what you guys do when the brain does not stop working? It seems like a luxury problem with problem solving- but I can’t turn it off. Working with my One prompt = One Website - yeah had huge progress - but I am not there when I am in settings when I am with other - I thinking 3 steps ahead with my project and answere with less focus to people around me. Working with 4 projects at the same time in my brain. I get stressed when I am not able to write my tasks to Claude as I max out with the max plan. Now it’s Sunday at 7:30 - slept long normally I wake up at 5-6 to start as the brain wake up - only 17 hour to I can use Claude again 🥺

Ohh NO - just found out that I can connect my 6 months Chat GTP chats to Notion where Claude has its Control Center - It becomes Claude meets Chat GTP in a huge database of knowledge 😅My brain is stepping up
A big win for me
After I get empty of fuel and quit my CHat GTp prosject as I did hard ( like every second in my mind ) last year - I became depressed- then started to get fit every day for 89 days - then I quit- now I am back with my AI project - My goal was to make One Prompt = One Website - now my AI is working on my old project www.Costamap.com without me 🥳

@Sudesh Agrawal The thing with me is that I work better in the daily life when I have a project like this - it’s like my brain wakes up- not longer depressed

@Sudesh Agrawal my project name is «One Prompt = One Website» means I can set one prompt and make the website at the moment - the next issue I have is nearly solved, the ai to ai communication between Notion - Claude - chat GTp - notebook lm and google gemini. In the pipeline from notion I now can have google Gemini and Chat GTP find the best solution on a article based on a set of seo rules.
Talking to a $4k client of mine!
Before I closed the client, on discovery call, he told me his SEO was broken. ↳ Traffic was okay-ish. ↳ Rankings were down drastically. He believed something was wrong with the content he was publishing. So I did a content and technical audit. ↳ 184 referring domains ↳ 17 new domains in the last 30 days I was looking for specific alarming indicators. And I found exactly what I was looking for: ↳ 80 lost domains. ↳ 131 lost backlinks. He had a problem called "link decay". So I did 3 things: ↳ Recovered 23 lost domains within 3 weeks ↳ Fixed 71 broken backlinks ↳ Left the profile alone (test period) 0% toxicity = don't duck-up and leave things as is Outcome: ↳ Rankings moved up ↳ Traffic up by 2% A good start. Next up: ↳ getting him solid 'relevant' backlinks ↳ updating his content strategy

Great - as I have an ai as make the website for me it could be an interesting task for my pipeline and Make.vom scenario 👍

@Yashraj Mahedu core is a Notion-as-source-of-truth setup with an automated pipeline (Make + AI agents) that drains a task queue: it reads each task, triages it deterministically, and hands the actionable ones to an AI executor that does the real work and logs it to a version registry. Applied to backlinks, that same machinery becomes a safe-backlink workflow: a queue of target sites → automated vetting (domain authority, spam signals, relevance, real traffic) → a deterministic gate that blocks anything sketchy → only clean, contextually relevant prospects pass through. Every placement gets logged with evidence, so nothing is built on a fabricated or risky source. In short: the framework enforces verified, traceable, non-spammy link-building instead of volume. safebacklink.com could be the front door to exactly that — quality and auditability over quantity. Said my AOF controll tower archive Claude agent 🙋
The 30 days challenge
Yeah I know - I am to early - but I suppose that.is me in a nutshell 😅 Very fast to act - but lack in the long run- it doesn’t mean I don’t do anything - just that I get distracted with other things. So I have many plans - half done projects - and nothing done. So I need to focus now - I have the website www.ebizapple.no - one of my old projects - never a success - think 3 clients and long forgotten - full of spam and errors. But this is now my key area - I suppose to fix everything for clients. I am expert on seo now - or that means my team of ai is - I am a expert on Wordpress - my ai is - You got the point😇 So in thise 30 days I shall fix my website - nothing else. Convert it to Oxygen platform (mostly coding + Wordpress) Don’t know much about coding. My ai shall do the work - it shall be seo optimization in world class. Yeah I have all the theoretical input I need. All the help I need. But do I have the focus?

October is ADHD Awareness Month! 🧠 🎃
Did you know that October is ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) awareness month? Have a specific question about ADHD? Drop it in the comments!!! ADHD is not about being “broken” or “lazy.” Instead, it’s a different way the brain works. To celebrate and help spread awareness, I plan to post a fact about ADHD every day. That way we can dispel some common myths and help more people understand what ADHD is—and what it's NOT. Today's fact? ADD no longer exists. ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) was the old term used for people who struggled mainly with inattention (daydreaming, forgetfulness, losing things) but didn’t show the hyperactivity piece. ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) is the current, official name. The medical community now uses ADHD for all ADHD types, whether hyperactivity is present or not. Modern ADHD is recognized in three types: 1. Primarily Inattentive Type – what used to be called ADD. These folks often have trouble focusing, organizing, or following through, but they’re not overly hyperactive. 2. Primarily Hyperactive/Impulsive Type – more restlessness, fidgeting, talking a lot, acting quickly without much pause. 3. Combined Type – a mix of inattentive and hyperactive symptoms. But did you know that the term ADHD is actually misleading, and some doctors believe it is entirely WRONG? I'll share more about that tomorrow... P.S. We will be announcing the winners of the 30-day Scattered to Focused September challenge tomorrow as well! So stay tuned!

@Bill Widmer Not really - let me correct myself- - started in a new building in same company ( working with deaf people with additional diagnoses) - needed to move from my last place because of cut in budgets. To hold my same nightshirt job at 78 % I needed to go to another section. Not really been another place since 1999. Don’t know really what’s out there - perhaps that’s why I am trying to earn money at Internet to escape in a safe way. But to give up after a month? I have 10 hours at night I can try to focus- - less happening during those hours (basically do whatever I like) I am a zombie in my brain at night- just need to hold back 15 minutes in evening shift and 15 minutes at morning shift when I give reports. Nobody knows I believe I have ADHD - not even sure myself as I never been to a doctor- But I would make sense if I had and my to kids have for sure. Question: What to do with the «emty brain» after a «burnout»? - that is the period between projects- as I always find a new project to focus on then I do that to a new burnouts - is it only me? Done this so long without results as It feels like a never ending bad circle.

@Bill Widmer Thanx - will take a brake for now - and thanx for the advice 🤗 Will take a break for now - first step is to get up from bed - had my sleep after night shift - but my body and mind don’t like to get up unlike when I was on project jumping out of bed at once. 🛌
