🌿 Thursday Thought
“I am willing to let go.” — Louise Hay That's it. Maybe we don't always need to figure everything out. Maybe we don't need to understand every situation, replay every conversation, or have the answer today. Sometimes we can simply decide: I'm willing to put this down for a while. Not forever. Not because it doesn't matter. Just because I don't need to carry everything at once. 🌸 Today's Focus: I AM willing to make a little more room for peace. What's one thing you could give yourself permission to put down today?

Trying to figure out my entire future from limbo 😩
Tuesday Truth
“How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours.” — Wayne Dyer Sometimes people disappoint us. They make choices we don't understand, respond in ways we wouldn't, or simply don't show up the way we hoped they would. And it's easy to carry that frustration around. But I'm reminding myself today: I don't have to understand someone else's choices to protect my own peace. I can be disappointed without becoming consumed by it. I can set boundaries without carrying the anger with me. And I can choose where my attention goes next. 🧘 Breathe. 📓 Let it out. 🌸 Redirect. You can't always choose what walks into your day. But you can choose what you allow to follow you home. I'm curious... What do YOU do when someone disappoints you? Do you talk it out? Hit the gym or a workout? Write about it? Take a walk? Give yourself some space? Let it go? 👇 Share yours below. Someone (like me) else might need your idea today.

I journal/write about it. These days I’ve added chatting with ChatGPT about it. I have found that to be very helpful. Chat often sheds light and shows me other ways to look at it and ways to let it go when it’s time to let it go. It has helped me through some tough situations.
Motivating Monday...Happy Labor Day 😀
“Far and away the best prize that life offers is the chance to work hard at work worth doing.” — Theodore Roosevelt Today is Labor Day—a day originally created to recognize the contributions of working people. So maybe it's also a good day to recognize something we don't do often enough: The work we've already done. We spend so much time looking at what's next... The next goal. The next project. The next problem to solve. The next version of ourselves we're trying to become. That sometimes we forget to turn around and look at how far we've already come. You've built things. You've learned things. You've helped people. You've made mistakes and tried again. You've gotten through days you weren't quite sure how you'd get through. That counts too. So on a Monday that's literally about labor, maybe our motivation isn't to work harder. Maybe it's to remember that the work you're doing matters—and so does the person doing it. Take a little pride in something you've built, accomplished, learned or contributed. And then, because it's Labor Day... maybe don't labor quite so much today. Happy Motivating Monday, 4 Cubed! 🌈

Silly Sunday
“Laughter is the shortest distance between two people.” — Victor Borge We've done enough thinking this week. 😂 We've reflected. We've focused. We've looked for meaning. We've worked on ourselves. Today, we're taking the day off from being profound. No deep questions. No analyzing our feelings. No journaling prompt asking us to explore why we laughed. 😂 Today's intention is simply: LOOK FOR THE FUNNY. Laugh at the ridiculous thing your pet does. Send the inappropriate meme to the friend who will appreciate it. Watch the show that makes you laugh even though you've seen it 27 times. Laugh at yourself when you put your phone down and immediately start looking for your phone. 🤦‍♂️😂 And if nothing funny presents itself, here's a terrible joke to get us started: I told my suitcase there would be no vacations this year. Now I'm dealing with... emotional baggage. 🧳😂 That's it. There is absolutely no deeper meaning hiding at the bottom of this post. Go laugh at something. Better yet, make someone else laugh too. Happy Sunday, 4 Cubed! 🌈

I’m laughing at myself for spending an hour and a half on one New York Times strand puzzle. I refuse to use hints because I get frustrated when it’s words that I’m familiar with today. Would’ve been a perfect example. I finally got up and walked around and did something else and came back and it jumped out at me. I know better. I know that getting up and moving around was the right thing to do and I could’ve done that so much sooner. Next time.
