Day 1 Build Your AI Creative Director — Recording Is Up
Day 1 is in the books and the recording is posted. Today we built the foundation the whole challenge sits on: your Identity Vault. The file that tells AI exactly who you are so it stops handing you a stranger every time you generate an image. The recording and the full written lesson are now in the classroom. Watch it, then finish your vault tonight. Here is what to do before tomorrow: Complete your identity workbook. Photograph your wardrobe, or screenshot Pinterest where your wardrobe is aspirational. Set up your folders, including a seasonal one. Lock your hard yes and hard no rules. Tomorrow is build day. We take everything you gathered and turn it into your working AI Creative Director. Missed the live session? Watch the recording first, then do the pre-work. You can absolutely catch up before tomorrow if you start now. Post your drafts in the file thread if you want me to tighten them before we build. Classroom link is below. See you tomorrow.

@Lindsay Hack this is gold!!!
Working on your identity?? This helps.....
Willpower is the least reliable system you own. Every focus problem I see gets diagnosed as a discipline problem. It almost never is. It is an access problem. You can't scroll what you can't open. So the fix is not trying harder at 9am. The fix is a block that runs before you get there. Here is the setup. Roughly 45 minutes once, then it runs on its own. Step 1. Name the five (5 minutes) Open Screen Time on iPhone or Digital Wellbeing on Android. Write down your five biggest time sinks. Not the ones you think you should list. The ones the data shows. Usually Instagram, X, YouTube, email, news. Step 2. Lock the phone (15 minutes) Install a blocker: Opal, Stay Focused, or Brick if you want a physical barrier rather than a software one. Build a daily session that blocks the five. Then turn on Do Not Disturb or a custom Focus Mode for the same window so notifications stay quiet too. Step 3. Lock the computer (15 minutes) Freedom if you want it to sync across devices, LeechBlock NG if you want free and browser only. Block the website versions of the same five. Skip this and the desktop becomes your escape hatch within two days. Step 4. Schedule the block (10 minutes) Sixty to ninety minutes. Same time every day. Set it to start on its own. Turn on strict mode so you cannot bypass it once it begins. Two things that decide whether this works: Decide the one task before the block starts. A focus block without a target becomes expensive staring time. Start at sixty minutes. A strict block you keep beats a heroic block you cancel on day three. Where people break it: Blocking one device and not the other. Leaving email open "just in case." Skipping strict mode, which quietly turns the whole system into a suggestion.You are done when: The block runs automatically on both phone and computer. Your five are genuinely inaccessible during that window. And you have completed one full session without breaking it. That last one is the real test. The first uninterrupted ninety minutes is where you find out how much of your day was never a capacity issue at all.

New Picture from ChatGPT
How do I make this look less AI, the background feels fake though nice! I feel like I look superimposed on the front of the image, should I try with nano?

ChatGPT Images are Blowing my Mind
I have started a youtube series and needed thumbnails, these articles on my substack will have a youtube video to go with, which will also share on social, and the video will be embeded in the article also, I wanted this whole flywheel thing to happen with my AI content writing!!! It worked!!! Image on left what Claude created to go with article, middle image chatGPT viral thumbnail attempt, 3rd image w/ my picture inserted!!! Thanks to @Lindsay Hack this took 5 mins, it's the improvment that blows my mind......don't settle for the first go with images from your favorite tool, go to another tool and adapt!!!

Workshop Replay: Build Your Carousel Studio
Here is the full recording of our June 24 build, plus everything you need to use your tool and keep going. We built personalized carousel makers, in our own brands, in under 60 minutes. @Molly Dowdy even posted hers to Facebook before we finished. That is how fast this is. Watch the replay, then use the quick reference below so you do not have to scrub back through the video to remember a step. In this lesson - The full workshop recording. - Your tool file, attached. Download it, open it in your browser, never in an AI. - Your How To Use It guide, the SOP, attached. The key things to remember These are the moments people forget. Bookmark this lesson so you can come back to them. + Use Duplicate, not Add. This is the speed secret. Duplicate carries every setting forward, your colors, layout, and toggles, so you only change the words. Add gives you a blank slide and makes you start over. Duplicate almost every time. + Set your brand, then keep your tool the right way. Set up your brand once. The tool now remembers it when you reopen the same file. For a permanent copy that opens in your brand on any browser, click Download my tool, open that downloaded file, and bookmark that one. That is your real studio. + Download the moment you love a design. Your slides are not saved until you export. If you refresh or close before exporting, unsaved edits are gone. When a slide looks right, Export PNGs and save it. Aim for 5 to 7 slides. That is the sweet spot for Instagram carousels. Long enough to teach, short enough to hold attention. + Logo tip. A transparent PNG looks cleanest. But if your transparent logo looks odd, upload the regular version and let the tool place it in a box. Sometimes the box looks better. Use whichever fits your logo. Fewer than 4 brand colors? Fill the empty slots with black or white. They go with everything and keep your slides clean. Repurpose every carousel across platforms One build, many posts. Use your exported PNGs for:
