Started Thai Chi following Sonny after my lower back saw a YouTube video and said "I want that". Since then my back, shoulder impingement, balance and everything else resulting from getting older have improved significantly. I love these sessions for Qigong and Thai Chi and feel like the Tin Man after a WD40 bath and axel grease massage.. all the joints move easier with confidence. Well worth joining this program, I do at least 2 sessions a day before any other workout which always feel easier.
