Question for the group👇🏾
I was talking with one of my leadership team members about how her team has continued to perform at a high level despite significant challenges. When I asked what made the difference, her answer was simple but powerful: they are resilient, they adapt, and they expect change. Nothing stays the same. Change is inevitable in every area of our lives. The question is not if change comes, but what anchors us when it does. For me, two anchors matter most: • A simple, structured daily routine that keeps me steady when everything else feels unpredictable • Staying anchored in God, who is steadfast, unchanging, and always shows up So I’m curious: 👉 What helps you stay grounded and resilient when life shifts or gets hard? 👉 Is it routine, faith, mindset, people, or something else? Share what’s worked for you. Someone else here may need it today.

For me personally, I depend on my faith, and then my routine. Starting every day with my Bible is a no brainer. Without His word in the morning my day will sometimes crumble. I do Bible plans so that I am constantly reading the Bible all the way through, I try to get through it twice a year but also allow myself grace if something comes up and I only read through once. Secondly, I am on a very small team at my practice, and we have learned a rhythm to make sure that we address all issues daily.
