The one thing that saves my weekends
We made it to Friday. Weekends can be the hardest time to eat well. The routine goes out the window, we're social, we're tired, we just want to relax. I get it. Same here. One thing that helps me is having something easy and plant-forward already in the fridge. Not a full meal plan. Just something. A pot of grains. Hummus and veggies. Soup. What's your plan this weekend? Or what do you wish you had ready? I'll share some ideas if you need them! โค๏ธ

Doing a bit of Instant Pot cooking...
New recipes just dropped inside the community โค๏ธ
Lately Iโ€™ve been all about convenience. Simple meals, less overthinking, recipes that feel realistic for busy seasons of life. But at the same time, Iโ€™m still really mindful about getting a wide variety of nutrients and plants into my diet because that diversity matters so much for things like energy, inflammation, longevity, and gut health. This month weโ€™ve also been talking a lot about mental health and the gut-brain connection inside the community, which naturally led us into the topic of fermented foods and supporting the microbiome in a simple, approachable way. ๐—ฆ๐—ผ ๐˜๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜„ ๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฐ๐—น๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜€ ๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฎ๐—ฝ๐—บ ๐—˜๐—ฆ๐—ง/๐Ÿฑ๐—ฝ๐—บ ๐—จ๐—ž, ๐˜„๐—ฒโ€™๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—ด๐—ผ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด: - Classic Homemade Sauerkraut - Spiced Lacto-Fermented Carrot Sticks Iโ€™m honestly really looking forward to this one because fermentation can sound intimidating, but itโ€™s actually much simpler than people think once you do it together step-by-step. I also know many of us are naturally craving a little bit of a โ€œspring cleanโ€ when it comes to our meals right now. Lighter foods, more color, more freshness, more fiber, more plants. ๐—ฆ๐—ผ ๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ด ๐˜„๐—ถ๐˜๐—ต ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐˜€, ๐—œ ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ฎ ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐˜„ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด-๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐˜€ ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜๐—ผ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—บ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜๐˜† ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ผ: - Spring Detox Soup with Cabbage & White Beans - Thai Peanut Sweet Potato & Broccoli Sheet Pan - Dense Mediterranean Bean Salad Everything is: โœจ plant-packed โœจ gut-friendly โœจ fiber-rich โœจ meal-prep friendly โœจ realistic for everyday life Canโ€™t wait to hear which one you try first! ๐Ÿ’š Nadia P.S.
