Detachment
How to be detached while helping others when you are also going through something? sometimes you take onto their emotions & start feeling them you cant even avoid them as somehow they are part of your life

My daughter is my support too and at times when I'm really emotional (and of course she's got strings to me) she tells me, I can't take this on right now. Other times I pre-warn her I'm coming over and I have something upsetting and she will have that time to brace herself and become detached as the daughter so much and just be an understanding support and this helps me respect her space perhaps her frame and it's helped me actually get stronger. It allows me to really admire my daughter appreciate her care and her tenderness and I'm getting stronger. Be good to yourself and if possible lead by example❤️
Anyone Besides Me Have Dreams of Being Killed?
Last night, I had my third dream of someone trying to kill me. In the '90s, I woke up just as a guy in a hooded black cloak was swinging a large axe down towards my neck. It was very close when I suddenly woke, terrified. About 15 years ago, I dreampt that my mother held me down so my grandmother could stick a syringe into my neck. It was something poisonous. Last night, it was my mother coming after me. I kept moving away, she didn't get to me but her intent was very clear and I definitely felt it in my dream state. The killing dreams involving my mother and grandmother didn't start until after they had both passed. If anyone else goes through these, or has any insight on the meaning, I'd love to hear it. These dreams can be pretty upsetting. My guess is that it's a generational thing that I need to figure out how to release? Aaron's mentioning of generational guilt in day 1 of the 3 day challenge stirred this up as a clue?

I've read about finding meanings to your dreams and they say that the strongest meaning you'll get is understanding or recognising what it made you feel. Obviously these dreams are making you feel frightened or anxious. Another interesting thing I know or have heard on the grapevine is in the olden days people used to grow beards before they went to the bank to protect their necks because of course the neck you can get it cut off or whatever like your first dream. I heard this at a yoga retreat and so then putting the yoga element on it we're looking at the throat chakra so would there be any truth in the possibility you mother and grandmother did not use their voices? If so maybe the dreams are encouraging you to speak up!?

@Shirley Anderson thanks for your reply. Maybe there is something or someone in your life you are feeling criticised by and maybe feeling you're doing too much for. Go easy on yourself through this as it sounds to be very deep ❤️
Crashing down
I've been doing the meditation daily and they help immensely in raising my vibration and unwinding some points I've been struggling with. But lately I've been crashing down to point where I was on the top of the world everything is in alignment my life is on track and all changed with the new year coming in. It's been setback after setback. And the worst part about it is I feel like I was live in an illusion of having my life on track. With the new year I was struck with reality and I wasn't moving forward. My evaluation came in negative n I'm not any where switching my career. I feel like the past year went as a waist. As if the course helped me feel good about it, and not stress about the future. Any advice on how I can go on about it and see results and advancement?

@James Williams hi James I'm doing okay thank you for asking. No dramatic shifts just drawing inward using words better creating lightness about things that I would once have stressed just a simple response enjoying life trying to be in the moment not project forward or backward so things are going good. How are you?

Somatic breathwork
Hi did my first somatic breath work. Discovered my shadow self was my strong self and I've been living as a, or presenting as a weak person. In that finances small, want you to like me. Now, however it's like, I'm going to shine. Enjoyed it so much, am wondering can I do it again today? Or do you need to give it time to set with yourself? How often can I do it?

Somatic Breathe Work ☀️
I completed my first Somatic Breathe work session in the HVT 101 classroom last night. It was amazing!!! I’m still processing everything but it was very insightful for me and on track with my healing journey/breaking patterns in my life that no longer serve me. I was able to identify where my source began when I was younger…There’s just so much that I don’t know how to fully explain or put into words for others to understand even in the community but if you haven’t done the session yet then I suggest doing it. I truly believe that I am breaking a family cycle and teaching my children they matter…their journey matters and for them to also be their true selves by me healing and becoming mine…I’m only at the beginning of my journey and I have a lot more work to do but finally I have found a group where I feel safe to be myself and most importantly express my true self☀️ This was one of the songs that was in the session that I really connected with…Enjoy! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=WFrXVFAaWDg
