Scaling - What to Expect?
I'm not going to bore you with the reasons I'm asking for help with the following; however, I can't imagine it not being important and relevant to many of us... Here goes... with a one coach business, what can you 1. realistically expect to service and 2. what can you expect the monthly fees/revenue to be for those services or the business? Basically, I'm curious about everyone's thought regarding scaling a "basic" coaching business. We all know there are several models (based on niches and the type of potential clients - individuals, businesses, corporations, etc.) and that will make a significant difference and add to your reply. To help, I'm trying to keep the question and example narrow. Having said that, I would be grateful for a reply including whatever moves you... So, if you had a simple coaching business focused on individuals as clients, I would like to think 20k per month in fees could be realistic. Trying to keep things simple, that could be 8 new clients (24 per quarter) per month @ 2,500 per client for 12 sessions (weeks). That's basically 24 sessions per week. By the way, I put this together fast and my formula might be wrong. Let me know... Do you think you can realistically provide services and "all that's related" to 24 clients per week? I know a reply to this is a "big ask", but please consider. You might find help is this too. Also, I hope next week's 5-day challenge might help with these thoughts and questions.
