Waking up for me in the middle of the night is very common . Typically 5 out of 7 days. I have been trying the yogurt before bed and I feel that is benificial . Whats behind it?? I would say for me unfinished business for the day . Mostly work but could be household duties , laundry , dishes etc. I cant make the Live session tonight but look forward to hearing and reading the comments and what folks have to share.
